How to add jobs from external customers onto the calendar
If you are already working for a regular customer or you get booked outside TidyChoice, it is important to add these bookings on to the calendar to make sure that you do not get double booked.
To add a external customer onto the calendar:
1. Go to My Calendar
2. Click on the day you work for a specific customers
3. Select External Job
4. Select the Frequency that you work for this client:
Once – if it us just a one-off job
Mon to Fri – if you are working for this client each day of the week
Weekly – if you work for this customer once a week. If you work several days of the week for the same customer but you work at different times, you will have to input each day of the week independently
Fortnightly – if you work the same customer every two weeks.
Although it is not mandatory, we advise to enter the customer postcode. This way, TidyChoice can optimise your location and availability offering jobs that are closer to where you are already working.
5. Select the time your start and finish work for this client
6. Click Add and the calendar will be updated
If you have regular clients with flexible schedules, because you are keeping their keys and you can go to their place at a flexible time, we advise you block the calendar either early in the morning or late in the afternoon, to increase the chances to get booked for a longer job.
