How to reschedule or cancel a TidyChoice cleaning session

When you agree with your customer to reschedule or cancel a cleaning session, you should update the calendar. This will make sure that:

1. reminders are sent on time

2. your calendar reflects your correct availability and avoids losing potential jobs because of overbooking

 

To reschedule a single session:

1. Access My Calendar

  • Desktop:

2. Click on the session you want to reschedule

3. Select this date only in the field Apply to

4. Click on Reschedule

5. Choose the new date and time for this session

6. Click on Change

  • Phone:

An email and an SMS will be sent to your customer to inform them of the change

 


To cancel a single session:

1. Access My Jobs

 

2. Look  for the session you want to cancel

 

3. Click on Cancel

An email and an SMS will be sent to your customer to inform them of the cancellation
