TidyChoice: A last look back to 2015
2015 was a year for many celebrations. For some people that would be the year when the world met Caitlyn Jenner, the first sexually transformed man on the cover of Vanity Fair; others would argue that 2015 is the year when Ireland and the USA legalised same sex marriage; or even the best year of Taylor Swifts’ 1989 tour.
For the most part, 2015 was the year of digital revolution when the UK technology sector expanded significantly with 92% rise over the last year. According to StrategyEye, a global information service provider, London has now become the Financial Technology capital of the world.
Moreover, it is predicted that over the next ten years the number of digital technology companies in London is expected to rise to 45,000 and create more than £12 billion of economic activity, according to research by Oxford Economics.
Like many digital start-up companies in London, TidyChoice is riding the wave of digital revolution and has significantly expanded its operations and achieved many successes over the course of the year.
To begin with, TidyChoice became the proud supporter of Social Enterprise UK. We offer the option for cleaning professionals registered on our platform to choose their own hourly rates so they are paid fairly and according to what they are worth. We recognise that properly paid professionals are better motivated to do a good job and we support them in every endeavour.
Secondly, we have significantly expanded our operations across London. We now cover over 130 postcodes across the city. That means that we are now more accessible to many more of our customers. For that reason, we are proud to have had an increase of 30% growth in regular customers in November.
Finally, we have achieved one of the best customer satisfaction rates ever with a score of 19 out of 20 for reliability and quality. We care about what our clients think and take seriously any feedback on aboard. That is why we appreciate all your hard work, determination and continuing support in doing what you love best.
